Carole Damon
Managing Broker
Carole Damon is the Principal Broker/Owner of Capital Realty Group, Inc. Along with her Sale Associates, they have a combined 56 years of experience in the Real Estate Field in selling, leasing and management.
Carole was born and raised in Bloomington . She holds an Associate degree in Finance and attended the I.U. Kelley School of Business with a major in accounting. While attending the I.U. Kelley School of Business and working for a local accounting firm, she decided to try something different and took the Real Estate Sales Person class. After completing the Real Estate Sales Person class and passing the state exam, Carole went into the Real Estate field.
Carole obtained her Sales Person’s license in 1996 and her Broker's license in 1998. In January 2004, she opened Capital Realty Group, Inc. Carole has served on many committees with the Bloomington Board of Realtors including the Board of Directors, Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee. She has also received mediation training and is mediator for the Bloomington Board of Realtors. Capital Realty, Inc. currently manages Autumn Ridge Subdivision Association, Brentwood Homeowners' Association, Dorchester Village Association, Lincoln Place Association, Montauk Point Association, Sugarberry Court at Ridgefield Homeowner's Association and Tamarron Homeowners' Association.

Sarah Gilliland
Real Estate Broker
Sarah started her real estate career at 15 working in her family’s real estate rental business. By the age of 18 she was managing the rentals properties which grew to include 140 residential units plus Commercial and Industrial units as well.
Sarah completed the Real Estate Sales person course in 2007 and obtained her Real Estate Sales person license. In 2008 she completed the coursework to become a Certified Apartment Manager. Sarah is a member of National Apartment Association, Indiana Apartment Association and Monroe County Apartment Association. Sarah strives to protect the best interest of her clients while maintaining honesty and integrity.

Debbie is a licensed Real Estate Agent with over 30 years in the Real Estate field. Debbie assists in helping Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs and as an Assistant Property Manger she helps homeowners with their HOA questions.
